Derek Manning passed away in Blayney, NSW. on the 2nd February 2011.
He came to Fairbridge Molong in 1949, in a party of 18. There were 3 boys of 5 yrs of age in the party, the youngest yet to arrive.
His brother Ronald Manning, also came to Fairbridge Molong in 1947. Ronald died in 1960
Derek is survived by his first wife Shirley and daughter Melissa Manning from that marrige. Derek also has 2 grandchildren.
Anne was Derek’s second wife and she also survives. There were no children from this union.
