Royston (Roy) Ryan
Roy Ryan arrived in Australia in 1957 aboard the SS Strathmore and along with 22 other children arrived at Fairbridge Farm School Molong. Roy was 15 years old when he arrived.
Roy took up residence in Orange where he lived with his wife Sharon. They had two children and five grandchildren and five grandchildren.
Roy passed away on 8th June 2021 after spending time in the Blayney Hospital rehabilitation ward and in the splendid care of the palliative care team at Orange Health Services.
He will be sadly missed by both his close family and his Fairbridge family. Rest in Peace.
